Job summary

Dakota Software seeks an SDR to own the outbound pipeline for a B2B SaaS product. The role leverages an AI-driven outbound system to research, draft messages, score leads, and update the CRM. You’ll bring judgment and phone skills; the AI handles repetitive tasks. Growth toward a GTM Engineer role is encouraged.

This is a fully remote position open to multiple states; strong written and verbal communication, 1–2 years in sales, and automation familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or sales certificate; 1–2+ years in B2B SDR/ outbound sales.
• Comfort with automation and AI tools; CRM data flow understanding.
• Strong written communications and ability to craft tailored outreach.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated drafts and approve or edit outreach.
• Cold call high-priority prospects and book meetings (8+ per month).
• Manage Apollo sequences and adjust messaging based on engagement.
• Triage inbound signals and identify targets for outreach.
• Operate and tune the SDR Autopilot workflow and data quality in Attio.
