Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or sales certificate.
• 1–2+ years in a B2B SDR/Outbound sales; proven cold-calling ability.
• Experience with CRM software management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication; time management.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative.
• Interest in building GTM systems and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated email drafts and call talk tracks; approve, edit, or override.
• Cold call high-priority prospects identified by the system.
• Book discovery meetings for Account Executives, 8+ per month.
• Manage and monitor Apollo sequences; adjust targeting and timing.
• Triage inbound intent signals from Swan.ai for outreach.
