Job summary

Dakota Software is seeking a Sales Development Representative to own the outbound pipeline in a B2B SaaS context. This fully remote role welcomes candidates across many states and focuses on operating, improving, and extending an AI-driven outreach system.

You will review AI-created drafts, conduct targeted calls, and schedule meetings for Account Executives while building skills toward a GTM Engineer path. Strong independence and curiosity are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field is required or similar credential.
• 1–2+ years in a B2B SDR/BDR/outbound sales role with cold calling success.
• Comfort with automation/AI tools daily and data flow between systems.
• Strong written communication and ability to edit AI-drafted emails with precision.

Responsibilities

• Generate pipeline by reviewing AI output and overriding drafts as needed.
• Cold call high-priority prospects and book discovery meetings for AE team.
• Manage Apollo sequences and adjust messaging based on engagement data.
• Operate SDR Autopilot, monitor performance, and maintain data quality in Attio.
