Job summary

Tripoint Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. You will provide first-line assistance to SAP users and related enterprise applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional customer service.

Active Secret clearance is required and the candidate must be located in or willing to relocate to one of the supported states. Remote work is available with consideration for security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business admin, or related field.
• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Strong ERP concepts and SAP module knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP support and troubleshoot user issues.
• Support SAP User Management (UM) activities and access control.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into configurations.
• Monitor systems and perform regular maintenance for SAP environments.
• Document changes and maintain knowledge resources for users.
• Participate in SAP updates, patches, and deployments.
