Job summary
Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This role provides first-line assistance to end users of SAP and related enterprise applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional customer service.
An active Secret Clearance is required. Location: Remote; candidates must be located in states supported by Tripoint Solutions corporate offices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field and related work history.
- Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
- SAP certification in modules such as FI, MM, SD.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
- Familiarity with database management and integration technologies related to SAP.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
- Active Secret Clearance
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules, addressing user issues promptly and effectively.
- Support SAP User Management activities, including user access, basic role management, and navigation assistance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation and compliance with best practices.
- Document support activities, system changes, and user guides to maintain clear and accessible knowledge resources.
- Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and new functionalities to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
