Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking an entry-level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team in a remote role. The position provides first-line assistance for SAP and related enterprise applications, with a requirement for an active Secret Clearance and ability to work from one of the supported states.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, IT systems experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Prior SAP experience or certification is a plus for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP in a professional setting.
• Strong ERP knowledge and SAP module functionality.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into system configurations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules, addressing user issues promptly and effectively.
• Support SAP User Management activities, including user access, basic role management, and navigation assistance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation and compliance with best practices.
• Document support activities, system changes, and user guides to maintain clear and accessible knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and new functionalities to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
