Job summary

Tripoint Solutions seeks an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This role provides first-line SAP assistance to end users, ensuring timely resolution and strong customer service. An active Secret Clearance is required.

Remote position with preference for candidates located in states supported by Tripoint Solutions, no relocation assistance provided. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP ERP user support and troubleshooting.
• Assist with SAP User Management activities (access, roles).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Document support activities and maintain knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates and fixes.
