Job summary

Tripoint Solutions is seeking an Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This remote role provides first-line SAP and enterprise application support, focusing on timely issue resolution and excellent customer service.

Active clearance is required. Candidates should have strong communication skills, IT/system experience, and proficiency in MS Office. Location flexibility within supported US states is provided with no relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
• Effective communication skills to interact with technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for SAP ERP modules, addressing user issues promptly and effectively.
• Support SAP User Management activities, including user access, basic role management, and navigation assistance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system configurations or enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance activities to ensure optimal operation and compliance with best practices.
• Document support activities, system changes, and user guides to maintain clear and accessible knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates, patches, and new functionalities to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption.
