Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Entry Level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This role provides first-line assistance to end users of SAP and related enterprise applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional customer service. An active Secret Clearance is required.

Location: Remote in the United States; candidates must be located in or willing to relocate to states supported by Tripoint Solutions. No relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience supporting SAP ERP systems in a professional environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP concepts and SAP module functionalities.
• SAP certification in relevant modules (FI, MM, SD).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration or implementation projects.
• Familiarity with database management and integration technologies related to SAP.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management frameworks.
• Prior experience working in the Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services industry.
• Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP ERP modules and enterprise applications.
• Manage SAP User Management activities, including user access and role navigation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance for compliance.
• Document support activities and user guides to maintain knowledge resources.
• Participate in testing and deployment of SAP updates and new functionalities.
