Job summary

Tripoint Solutions LLC seeks an entry-level SAP Support Specialist to join our IT support team. This role provides first-line assistance to SAP users and related enterprise applications, ensuring timely issue resolution and exceptional customer service. An active Secret Clearance is required.

Location is Remote with supporting states including KS and others; no relocation assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience supporting SAP ERP in a professional environment.
• Solid understanding of ERP concepts and SAP modules.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication with technical teams and business users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day SAP ERP technical support to users.
• Support SAP User Management including access and roles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into system configurations.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance.
• Document changes and create user guides.
• Assist in testing and deploying SAP updates.
