Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to drive operational excellence by aligning business needs with Salesforce solutions. You will own backlogs, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable platform capabilities while partnering with IT, leaders, and developers.

The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving automation opportunities, and ensuring adoption of new processes across Salesforce and related systems. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce administration and platform governance.
• Strong background in product ownership and business process management.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, translate to epics and user stories, and drive delivery.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities improving customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Provide system administration support of Salesforce environments and related tools.
