Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce administration to translate objectives into scalable solutions for Arrow’s platforms.

You will own Salesforce backlogs, gather requirements, translate them into epics and stories, and lead sprint planning and stakeholder reviews. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Salesforce platform ownership and administration.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into epics, features and user stories.
• Experience coordinating planning, demos, retrospectives and stakeholder reviews.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, stories, and criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning and backlog grooming with teams.
