Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly experienced Business Process Manager to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs, gather requirements, and translate them into epics and user stories, while facilitating sprint planning and stakeholder reviews.
You will drive automation, process improvements, and platform adoption across Salesforce, ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and other
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
- Proficiency with Salesforce administration, data modeling, and automation.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and translate requirements into epics and user stories.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder reviews.
- Collaborate with IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership to deliver scalable platform solutions.
- Drive platform adoption and automate business processes across Salesforce and related tools.
