Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Experience leading requirements gathering and UAT for mid-to-large initiatives.
• Ability to influence prioritization across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and security.
• Strong data modeling for reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
• Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive automation and process improvements with business leaders.
• Ensure adoption of platform capabilities across customers, partners, and employees.
• Manage platform support, releases, and user adoption initiatives.
• Lead requirements gathering and design discussions for large initiatives.
• Evaluate configurations, automation, and integrations aligned to enterprise goals.
