Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own Salesforce backlogs, translate requirements, and drive platform improvements while ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
The role emphasizes automation, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. The position supports remote work with occasional travel to Arrow offices.
Qualifications
- Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS processes.
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Administration.
- Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and validating releases.
- Strong stakeholder management, documentation, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs and define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements with business leaders.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities improving customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Manage platform support, release validation, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
