Job summary

Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. You will own the Salesforce backlog and translate business needs into scalable platform solutions.

The role combines Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to deliver automated, compliant processes and robust user adoption across multiple Arrow platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce administration and data modeling.
• Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with UAT, release planning, and production support.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
