Arrow Electronics is seeking a Senior Business Process Manager to drive Salesforce backlog prioritization, gather and translate requirements, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable process improvements. The role emphasizes agile practices, UAT, and post-deployment support, with remote work options and travel to Arrow offices as needed.

You will collaborate with executives, developers, and business users to optimize end-to-end processes, enable automation, and enhance platform

Competenze

5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
Experience supporting platform integrations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Mansioni

Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
Leads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
