Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly experienced Business Process Manager to act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.

You will own the Salesforce backlog, drive process improvements, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture while managing multiple projects and governance activities.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of Product Ownership and Agile/Scrum.
• Advanced Salesforce administration and configuration experience.
• Experience with platform integrations and data modeling.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Proven ability to influence prioritization and manage dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs and define roadmaps.
• Gather business requirements and translate to epics, features, and user stories.
• Facilitate sprint planning, demos, and stakeholder reviews.
• Manage platform support, releases, and user adoption initiatives.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions.
• Lead UAT planning, release validations, and post-deployment support.
