Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, Business Process Management, and Salesforce Administration to deliver scalable platform solutions.

You will own Salesforce backlogs, gather requirements, and drive automation and process improvements across the organization.

Formación

• In-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS processes.
• Advanced Salesforce Administration skills and data modeling.
• Experience with platform integrations and UAT/testing.
• Ability to gather requirements, write user stories, and lead stakeholder alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs and define the product vision.
• Administer Salesforce environments and support integrations with ArrowSphere and Power BI.
• Lead requirements gathering, design discussions, UAT, and release validations for medium to large initiatives.
• Influence prioritization decisions and manage dependencies across business, technical, and vendor teams.
