Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a seasoned Business Process Manager to align Salesforce capabilities with business goals. You will own the Salesforce backlog, define the product vision, and partner with IT, architects, and leadership to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes process improvements, automation opportunities, and cross-functional collaboration. You will serve as the functional SME for Salesforce, drive platform enhancements, ensure UAT and release

Qualifications

In-depth product ownership experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
Advanced Salesforce administration and configuration skills.
Experience with UAT, release validation, and post-deployment support.
Ability to influence prioritization and manage dependencies across teams.
Strong stakeholder management and clear communication.
Experience integrating Salesforce with BI and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs and roadmap.
Gather requirements, translate to epics and user stories, define acceptance criteria.
Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and demos with stakeholders.
Identify automation opportunities and drive platform adoption.
Manage platform support, releases, and user adoption across Salesforce.
Support integrations with ArrowSphere, Power BI, ERP, and other apps.
