Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager who will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. You will combine Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.

Qualifications
- Typically requires 5–7 years of related experience with a 4-year degree, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
- Must have in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and Salesforce administration.
- Experience supporting platform integrations and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Ability to partner with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Partner with leaders to identify automation and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve experiences for customers, partners, and employees.
- Coordinate releases, testing (UAT), and production readiness across Salesforce and related platforms.
- Lead requirement gathering, solution design discussions, and post-deployment support.
