Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business needs with Salesforce platform solutions. You will own backlogs, translate requirements into epics and stories, and collaborate with IT, developers, and leadership to deliver scalable capabilities.

The role combines product ownership, BPM, and Salesforce administration. You will drive automation opportunities, support user adoption, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture while managing multiple priorities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Process Manager, or similar.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting platform integrations across systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs and define roadmaps.
• Provide admin support for Salesforce environments and integrations.
• Lead requirements gathering, design discussions, UAT, and release validation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, IT, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
