Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce teams, and leadership. You will combine Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.
You will own Salesforce backlogs, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and lead cross-functional teams through planning, execution, and UAT for large-scale initiatives, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals.
Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years as Product Owner or Business Process Manager.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation.
- Experience with platform integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Willingness to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
- Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and reviews.
- Partner with leaders to identify automation and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities for customers, partners, and employees.
- Lead end-to-end process design and UAT for medium to large initiatives.
