Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own Salesforce product backlogs, define roadmaps, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and drive platform adoption and automation across the organization.

You will also administer Salesforce environments, support integrations with ArrowSphere and Power BI, and lead UAT and post-deployment activities for large initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires in-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Administration.
• 5+ years supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years as Product Owner/Business Process Manager.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Translate requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive automation and process improvements across platforms.
• Administer Salesforce environments and integrations (Salesforce, ArrowSphere, Power BI).
• Lead UAT planning and post-deployment support for medium to large initiatives.
