Arrow Electronics is seeking a seasoned Business Process Manager to act as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.
You will own Salesforce backlogs, define roadmaps, gather requirements, and drive automation across Salesforce, ArrowSphere, Power BI, and ERP.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum) and ECS business processes.
- Advanced Salesforce Administration experience is required.
- Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and post-deployment support for medium to large initiatives.
- Ability to influence prioritization across multiple stakeholder groups and manage dependencies.
Responsabilités
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs; define roadmaps and priorities.
- Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements with business leaders.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities improving customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Manage platform support, release validation, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
