Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. The role combines Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.

You will own the Salesforce backlog, define the roadmap, gather requirements, and drive automation and process improvements across the Salesforce ecosystem and ArrowSphere integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Salesforce administration and platform ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and ECS processes.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, and user stories.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and reviews.
• Drive platform adoption to improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support and release validations across Salesforce.
• Lead requirements gathering and UAT for medium to large-scale initiatives.
