Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Drive platform adoption and automation to improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Provide system administration for Salesforce environments and integrations.
