Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will own the Salesforce product backlog, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and facilitate Agile ceremonies.

You will drive process improvements, partner on automation, support UAT and deployments, and ensure solutions align with architecture and KPIs across Salesforce, ArrowSphere, Power BI and ERP.

• Requires advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
• Leads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Influences prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups and manages dependencies between business, technical, and vendor teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
• Operates with minimal supervision while managing competing priorities across strategic projects, enhancement requests, production support, and governance activities.
• Contributes to process improvements
• Leads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Evaluates and recommends configuration, automation, integration, and process improvement solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, scalability, and business objectives.
• Influences prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups and manages dependencies between business, technical, and vendor teams.
