Job summary
Arrow Electronics seeks a Business Process Manager to bridge business needs with Salesforce platforms and enterprise systems. You will own the Salesforce product backlog, translate requirements into epics and user stories, and collaborate with IT, developers, and leadership to deliver scalable solutions.
You will drive process improvements, automation opportunities, and stakeholder communications while managing deployments, data integrity, and user adoption across Salesforce ecosystems.
Qualifications
- Extensive Salesforce administration experience across large orgs.
- Proven product ownership, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong business process management and automation experience.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and UAT activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and translate into epics, features, and stories.
- Own Salesforce backlog and manage prioritization with stakeholders.
- Drive platform automation, integrations, and release validations.
- Administer Salesforce environments and support Derby/Experience Cloud.
- Collaborate with IT, architects and business leaders on solutions.
- Support onboarding, data modeling, dashboards, and security.
