Job summary

Arrow Electronics is a leading technology company seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business stakeholders, IT, and Salesforce teams. You will own backlogs, translate requirements into epics, and drive platform improvements that enhance customer, partner, and employee experiences.

This role combines Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to deliver scalable solutions across ArrowSphere, Power BI, and related systems, with a focus on governance, UAT, and deployment

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
• 5+ years experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
• 3+ years experience functioning as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager.
• Experience supporting platform integrations.
• Ability to influence prioritization decisions across multiple stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
