Job summary
Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business needs with Salesforce-based solutions. You will own the Salesforce backlog, translate requirements into epics and stories, and lead Agile ceremonies to deliver scalable platform improvements.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms.
- 3+ years in Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager roles.
- Ability to lead requirements, designs, UAT, and release validations.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
- Gather business requirements into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
- Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
- Provide day-to-day administration of Salesforce environments and integrations.
