Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to lead Salesforce product ownership, business process optimization, and platform administration. You will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, define backlogs, and drive automation initiatives across the organization.

The role requires strong experience with Salesforce, product ownership, and BPM practices, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and delivering enterprise-scale improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in Salesforce administration, product ownership, or business process management.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party tools and data platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities that improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage platform support, enhancement requests, release validation activities, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce.
• Leads requirements gathering, solution design discussions, UAT activities, release validations, and post-deployment support for medium to large-scale initiatives.
