Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, and leadership. You will translate objectives into scalable Salesforce solutions and own the product backlog.

You will gather requirements, drive sprint planning, and promote automation and process improvements across platforms to enhance customer, partner, and employee experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce platform experience.
• 3+ years as Product Owner, BA, or BPM.
• Experience with platform integrations and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather business requirements and translate to epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retros and stakeholder reviews.
• Drive automation and process improvements across Salesforce and related systems.
• Provide admin support and platform releases across Salesforce and integrations.
