Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to serve as the liaison between business stakeholders, IT, Salesforce developers, architects, and leadership. The role blends Product Ownership, BPM, and Salesforce Administration to translate objectives into scalable platform solutions.

Responsibilities include owning Salesforce backlogs, defining roadmaps, gathering requirements into epics and user stories, and leading sprint activities, with focus on automation and process improvements

Qualifications

In-depth knowledge and experience of Product Ownership (Agile/Scrum & ECS business processes and applications).
Advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration.
Experience leading requirements gathering, design discussions, UAT, release validations, and post-deployment support.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
Gather business requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
Partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve experiences for customers, partners and employees.
