Arrow Electronics is seeking a Business Process Manager to bridge business needs with IT and Salesforce teams. You will own and prioritize Salesforce backlogs, translate requirements into user stories, and lead sprint activities to deliver scalable platform solutions.

You will partner with business leaders to identify automation opportunities, drive adoption of platform capabilities, and manage support, releases, and user adoption across Salesforce and related systems.

Formación

• Experience translating business requirements into epics, features and user stories.
• Experience owning Salesforce product backlogs and coordinating with IT, developers, and leadership.
• Ability to facilitate sprint ceremonies and drive platform adoption.

Responsabilidades

• Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlogs.
• Gather requirements and translate into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to identify automation and process improvements.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities to improve customer, partner, and employee experiences.
• Manage Salesforce platform support, releases, and user adoption initiatives.
