Job summary

Search Solution Group is seeking a TA Specialist - Sales to source, engage, and secure top sales talent for clients’ nationwide teams. You will manage multiple requisitions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers, handle high-volume recruiting, and coordinate virtual interviews while maintaining strong communication and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably in sales.
• Strong knowledge of job boards and sourcing techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable on Teams or virtual meetings.
• Ability to handle multiple candidates and requisitions efficiently.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with rapid change.
• Familiarity with ATS software (Workday).
• Ability to work within eastern or central time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 50 requisitions for field sales roles across the country, maintaining organization and candidate engagement.
• Source candidates using a variety of job boards, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct thorough screening and initial interviews, assessing candidates’ fit and communication skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide updates on recruitment progress.
• Maintain excellent candidate experience and communication, from application to hire.
• Present candidates via virtual interviews and coordinate next steps with stakeholders.
• Support the team in reaching hiring goals aligned with growth objectives.
