Job summary

People Science is seeking an experienced Talent Advisor (Recruiter) to support a fast-paced, high-volume sales recruitment environment. You will build pipelines, manage multiple openings, and partner with hiring leaders to meet aggressive goals.

You will recruit for Inside/Outside Sales, Retail, Account Executives, Business Development, Direct Sales, and Call Center roles, sourcing via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-volume sales or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to manage a large number of requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting technology.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of sales positions, from sourcing to offer and hire.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Conduct candidate screens focused on sales experience, communication, motivation, performance history, and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, profiles, and workforce demands.
• Manage multiple requisitions and pipelines while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline movement, interviews, offers, hires, and metrics.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve speed, quality, and conversion.
• Maintain accurate records in HireGate and the client ATS.
• Participate in hiring events, campaigns, and referral programs.
• Ensure consistent communication with candidates and managers throughout the process.
