MT Talent Solutions is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit for high-volume sales and business development roles across the United States. This fully remote, 1099 independent contractor position rewards performance with commissions and uncapped earning potential.

You will source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms, manage multiple searches, and collaborate with clients to fill roles such as Account Executives and Territory Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for US-based B2B sales roles.
• Ability to manage a high volume of open requisitions.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, commission-only environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of active sales and business development searches.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, databases, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for experience, motivation, and compensation expectations.
• Present qualified candidates to MT Talent Solutions for client opportunities.
• Manage candidates through interview, offer, and placement stages.
• Maintain candidate information and activity in ATS/CRM systems.
• Collaborate with sales and recruitment teams to prioritize searches.
