Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across the sales organization, from intake to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to craft recruiting strategies, build talent pipelines, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities include proactive sourcing, screening, presenting qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, onboarding and training, and maintaining compliant, timely processes with the HR

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
Experience independently managing multiple requisitions and sourcing active and passive candidates.
Experience partnering with hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and online recruiting platforms.
Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with hiring managers and the HR team.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meetings to onboarding.
Proactively source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and difficult-to-fill positions.
Screen and evaluate candidates and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
Prepare and extend employment offers and manage acceptance.
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in the ATS.
Track recruiting activity and key metrics and ensure legal and policy compliance.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.
