Job summary

Unknown Client is seeking an experienced Talent Advisor to support fast-paced, high-volume sales recruiting. You will build candidate pipelines, source through multiple channels, and collaborate with hiring leaders to meet aggressive hiring goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of recruiting experience in sales or customer-facing roles, strong sourcing/engagement skills, and proficiency with ATS systems. The role offers flexible remote work within the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume sales or customer-facing roles.
• Ability to manage a large number of requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience recruiting for Inside/Outside Sales, Retail, Account Executives, BDRs, Direct Sales, or Call Center roles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and candidate management abilities.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technology.
• Comfortable working toward defined recruiting KPIs and hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of sales positions, from sourcing and screening through offer and hire.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support ongoing and recurring hiring needs.
• Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, direct outreach, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screens focused on sales experience, communication, motivation, performance history, and fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, profiles, and workforce demands.
• Manage multiple requisitions and pipelines while maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Track recruiting activity, pipeline movement, interviews, offers, hires, and other metrics.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve speed, quality, and conversion rates.
• Maintain accurate applicant records within the client’s ATS/HireGate platform.
• Participate in hiring events, sourcing campaigns, and continuous pipeline-building strategies.
• Ensure consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
