• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Experience with sales recruitment is an asset.
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes, laws, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

This individual will be responsible for managing, organizing, and executing various recruitment tasks with a focus on high-volume recruitment. The candidate will gain valuable HR and recruitment experience across a variety of functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms, job fairs, employment centers, and employee referrals.
• Conduct thorough virtual candidate screenings and interviews in a high-volume environment.
• Assess candidates' skills, qualifications, and culture fit.
• Present well-qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Collaborate with the field team to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate and organized records using our applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Create ongoing recruitment and sourcing strategies and tools to increase applicants and drive awareness in the market.

Pay Range

$23-$25/hour
