Job summary

Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is hiring a Sales Representative & Trainer to combine hands-on sales with coaching for team growth. The role focuses on helping clients navigate health and life insurance options while mentoring colleagues.

Remote/Hybrid work model with weekly draw pay, commissions and bonuses. License reimbursement is offered for Health & Life insurance. Monday–Friday schedule with some weekend coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be patient and service-oriented with a focus on positive client experiences.
• Able to conduct individual and group presentations and trainings.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license; license reimbursement offered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers and employees to present insurance solutions.
• Conduct individual and group presentations for up to 50+ employees.
• Build and maintain a book of business and mentor new team members.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships.
• Work with management to set goals and support team success.
