Job summary

Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to combine hands-on sales with coaching to grow the team and expand the client base. You will meet with business owners and employees to present insurance solutions, mentor new teammates, and drive revenue in a remote/hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes patience, reliability, and a service-oriented mindset. Licensure in Health & Life is required or eligible to obtain; reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in health or life insurance preferred.
• Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions.
• Conduct individual and group presentations for 50+ employees.
• Build and maintain a book of business.
• Guide and support new team members on their development.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with management to set goals and support team success.
