Cleft of the Rock is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to combine hands-on insurance sales with coaching for teammates. This role focuses on presenting solutions to business owners, managers, and employees, while also mentoring new staff to help them grow.

The position offers a remote/hybrid work setup, a pathway to advance professionally, and a culture that emphasizes client care and collaborative success. Licensure in Health & Life is required or can be pursued with reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Present insurance solutions to clients and help them understand options.
• Coach and support new teammates through training and guidance.
• Build a strong book of business and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions
• Conduct individual and group presentations (small meetings or teams of 50+ employees)
• Build and maintain a book of business
• Guide and support new team members, helping them develop their skills
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain strong client relationships
• Work with management to set achievable goals and support team success
