Cleft of the Rock is hiring a Sales Representative & Trainer to combine hands-on insurance sales with coaching teammates. This role sources new business from business owners and employees, while guiding colleagues to grow their skills in a supportive, results-driven environment.

Remote/hybrid work with weekly draw pay, commissions, and bonuses. Training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities are offered to help you build a lasting career in health and life insurance sales.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
• Calm, patient demeanor with strong service orientation.
• Reliable, collaborative and able to help teammates grow.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and managers to present insurance options.
• Lead individual and group presentations for audiences of 50+.
• Build and maintain a growing book of business.
• Coach and develop new team members.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and nurture client relationships.
• Collaborate with management to set goals and drive team success.
