Job summary

Cleft of the Rock, Inc. is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer who will help clients navigate insurance options while mentoring teammates. This role blends hands-on sales with coaching to help the team grow.

You will meet with business owners and employees to present solutions, conduct group presentations, build a book of business, and support new team members. A license in Health & Life is preferred or obtainable with reimbursement, and a collaborative culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or pursuing license prior to joining.
• Proven ability to present complex options clearly to clients.
• Strong customer-service orientation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners, managers, and employees to present insurance solutions
• Conduct individual and group presentations (small meetings or teams of 50+ employees)
• Build and maintain a book of business
• Guide and support new team members, helping them develop their skills
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain strong client relationships
• Work with management to set achievable goals and support team success
