Job summary

Cleft of the Rock is seeking a Sales Representative & Trainer to help clients navigate insurance options while mentoring teammates. The role blends hands-on sales with coaching to grow the team and deliver positive client experiences.

You should be patient, reliable, service-oriented, and prepared to obtain or maintain Health & Life licensing. Compensation ranges from $85,000 to $105,000 per year, with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses as an independent contractor, and a Monday–Friday schedule

Qualifications

• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (reimbursement provided).
• Patient, reliable and focused on helping others.
• Service-oriented with a positive impact mindset.
• Ability to mentor and train teammates.

Responsibilities

• Present insurance solutions to business owners, managers, and employees.
• Conduct individual and group presentations (small meetings or 50+ employees).
• Build and maintain a book of business.
• Guide and support new team members to develop skills.
• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and maintain client relationships.
• Collaborate with management to set goals and drive team success.
