Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales engineering, technical solutions sales, or restaurant technology operations.
• Experience with POS and restaurant management software for the QSR or table-service software/hardware industry.
• Track record of explaining complex technology to stakeholders in plain language.

Responsabilités

• Run live demos, remote and in person, built around what each prospect needs.
• Understand customer goals, then map requirements to offerings.
• Act as Technical Account Manager through the pilot, owning technical details and configuring systems.
• Travel up to 50% of the time in role.
