Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Sales Engineering professional to partner with Sales Executives across Channel, SMB, and Major Accounts, turning prospect challenges into compelling demos and proofs of concept that win deals. You will stay through pilots to ensure delivery and translate PAR's capabilities into restaurant-operator value.

Remote-based role supporting clients in NY, TX, PA, FL, NC, MN, CO, GA, IL with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years minimum in sales engineering or restaurant tech operations.
• Experience with POS and restaurant management software for QSR or table-service is required.
• Ability to translate complex tech into plain language for stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication with project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Run live demos, remote or in person, tailored to prospect needs.
• Build business cases linking PAR technology to restaurant outcomes.
• Define and map customer requirements to current and future PAR offerings.
• Act as Technical Account Manager through pilot, owning technical details.
