PAR Technology Corporation, a leader in restaurant technology, seeks a Sales Engineer to partner with Sales across Channel, SMB, and Major Accounts. You will translate challenges into demonstrations and proofs of concept while delivering technical guidance and hands-on demos for QSR and full-service restaurant customers.

The role involves traveling up to 50% and working with POS and restaurant management software solutions, with remote opportunities across several states.

Formación

• 4+ years minimum in sales engineering, technical solutions sales, or restaurant technology operations.
• Experience with POS and restaurant management software for the QSR or table-service software or hardware industry is required
• A track record of explaining complex technology to key stakeholders in plain language.
• Self-starter instincts, strong project management, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to travel 50% of the time in role.
• Run live demos, remote and in person, built around what each prospect actually needs.
• Understand a customer’s goals, then map their requirements to our current and future offerings.
• Work out the technical requirements and equipment behind a great guest experience.
• Design around the operation. Work with teams to shape menu design to fit how the customer really runs.
• Act as Technical Account Manager through the trial. Own every technical detail, help prospects configure their systems, and solve problems creatively.
• Be the customer’s go-to from the first call through the pilot.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales across Channel, SMB, and Major Accounts to translate challenges into compelling demos and proofs of concept.
• Run live demos both remotely and in person tailored to each prospect’s needs.
• Map customer goals to PAR’s current and future offerings and define technical requirements.
• Own technical details during trials and help configure systems to achieve optimal guest experiences.
• Serve as the customer’s primary technical contact from first call through pilot, ensuring smooth progression.
